Premier's Reading Challenge

The reading challenge aims to foster a love of reading in students for leisure and pleasure across a diverse range of quality literature. It is not a competition but a challenge to each student to read, to read more and to read more widely.

The Premier's Reading Challenge (PRC) is open to all NSW students in Kindergarten to Year 9, in government, independent, Catholic and home schools.

Many of the NSW Premier's Reading Challenge books are available at the library, and through our eLibrary, too. 

The PRC booklists are now available online.

There is a great PRC for students site, to help kids connect with the books they want to read.
