There's no time like the present to explore the past.

Visit the Gerringong District Historical Society's newly remodelled museum and exhibition gallery, adjacent to the library in the beautiful old Gerringong School of Arts building on Blackwood Street.

From First Nations prehistory through to the European cedar-cutters and farmers who arrived from the late 1820s onwards, find out about life in Gerringong in times past.

The new museum includes interactive digital displays and changing exhibits of the society's rich collection of historical artifacts.

Entry is free. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

For more information visit the Gerringong and District Historical Society website.
