Summer Reading Challenge 2025

Dip into a great story this summer school holidays!

Read 10 books and complete the challenge sheet, and fill out your details including your library card number (you MUST be a member of Kiama Library to participate).

Return your sheet to the library after 6 January 2025 and choose a lucky dip prize (only one entry and prize per person). Your entry will be put in a draw to win a Kiama Bookshop voucher.

Open to primary school children aged 5-12 years throughout the holidays, from 20 December 2024 to 31 January 2025.

Get started

  • Pick up a Summer Reading Challenge sheet from Kiama or Gerringong library or download(PDF, 8MB) it here.
  • Read 10 books! Fiction, non-fiction books, picture books, magazines, eBooks, audiobooks, graphic novels - the choice is yours.
  • Then come to Kiama or Gerringong library to hand in challenge sheet from 6 January 2025, and choose a lucky dip prize.
  • Everyone who finishes 10 books will go in the draw to win a book voucher.
