Into the Blue: Emma Veiga-Malta art exhibition

Next date: Monday, 29 April 2024 | 12:00 AM to Thursday, 02 May 2024 | 04:00 PM

Royal Indigo Sky Emma Veiga-Malta art exhibition

Immerse yourself in the art of blue and white porcelain and ceramics from around the world, across the ages. Emma's canvases reimagine Dutch Delft Blue, East Asian tableware, English bone china, Middle Eastern tiles, along with the traditional Japanese art of Kintsugi.

With a designer's eye and memories of a childhood home filled with art, Emma’s work blends the worlds of interior design, homewares and fine art.

Open daily 26 April - 2 May at the Gerringong Library and Museum Gallery (see below for opening times).

Emma Veiga-Malta has 26 years’ experience as an exhibiting artist (London, Geneva) and as a professional designer and illustrator, with clients globally. Emma also runs a creative business mentoring program. Born in Africa, raised in England, lived 12 years in Geneva, moved to Sydney in 2010, Emma now calls Gerringong home. After a decade concentrating solely on building her design business, this exhibition celebrates the start of a new chapter in painting, drawing and personal creative practice.
