Happy Library Lover's Day - the perfect opportunity to make a date with your library (if you needed another excuse!)

We've got a great mix of live and virtual events coming up over the next few weeks, including a beeswax wrap workshop for adults, two live online author events, as well as our regular Kiama and Gerringong baby and preschool storytime sessions for young kids. 

The Friends of Kiama Library also have their first author event in more than 12 months - photographer and travel writer Rachel Tolosa Paz discussing her book, The Food of Argentina.

JULIETTA HENDERSON LIVE ONLINE, THURS 25 FEB 6.30 PM

BEESWAX WRAP WORKSHOP, THURS 4 MARCH MULTIPLE SESSIONS 

Learn how to make reusable kitchen wraps using natural ingredients. For ages 16+. Cost $5, all materials supplied. Bookings essential.

RACHEL TOLOSA PAZ FOKL AUTHOR TALK, SAT 6 MARCH 2.30 PM

Rachel Tolosa Paz, photographer, and travel and food writer, travelled to Argentina where she fell head over heels for a country, a funny little gridded town called La Plata, and somewhat later, a boy from that town who is now her husband. Enjoy hearing Rachel discussing her book 'The Food of Argentina' with Kiama Community Radio host Gabrielle Cabral. Numbers strictly limited - bookings essential.
