Access your account to check your loans, renew items and make reservations.
Enter your user ID, which you can find below the barcode on the back of your card. (Remember to use an uppercase 'K' when you enter the code, and if you have a member code starting with 9 you will need to add an extra 0 at the end, e.g. K9000010).
Enter your PIN - your default PIN is your date of birth (ddmmyyyy), eg 07061973.

Under the heading 'Issued items' you can see all the items currently issued to your card and their due dates. If you would like to renew an item, check the 'Renew' box alongside the item, then click the blue 'Submit' button below. The loans will be extended, as long as no one has placed a prior reservation on the item and you have not exceeded your total borrowing period (items can only be extended twice).
