The aim of the Friends of Kiama Library (FOKL) is to support and enrich the Kiama local public library service, and consequently the local community, while providing a stimulating and enjoyable program for members.
FOKL activities include meetings with interesting speakers, book launches and readings, book sales, luncheons, trivia nights and usually a one day exercursion each year.
Information about activities can also be found regularly in the Librarian's column, Library Links, and social calendar of the local newspaper, the Kiama Independent and on this website.
It's easy to join as well. Just download the form, fill it in and return it to the library. Or fill one out next time you're in the library.
These posters are made with great imagination and are displayed to celebrate the creative work of Gill Spooner, editor of FOKL Points, FOKL's popular newsletter.
This page is used to display the fantastic posters used to advertise the events FOKL organises.
The next FOKL event(s) is listed here. Please contact FOKL or the Library for any further details concerning any events listed on this page.
At times this page may not list any events, but that just means the committee are organising their next interesting event. Stay tuned.
